Introducing the Royan, a bright, fun and functional Holiday Home that delivers stunning value with looks to match. Available in a 35’x12’ model, its large interior has a refreshing soft furnishings scheme and a choice of two or three bedrooms.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is modern and inviting, with a brand new ‘Silas' soft furnishing scheme, hardwearing vinyl flooring in ‘Tournai Stone’ and luxury carpet with underlay throughout! The lounge feels light and airy thanks to a large front feature window, offering panoramic views, and a fixed L-shape sofa with ‘Dust Grey’ base provides a welcoming space for everyone to relax. There’s also a stylish media unit, housing a TV point with Co-Ax and 240V socket - perfect for movie nights with the family!

Royan’s kitchen is contemporary and practical with its sleek handle-less kitchen units in ‘Tisano’, stylish ‘Porcelain’ doors and ‘Silver Chromix’ 30mm laminate worktops. As well as optimised storage, the kitchen offers quality appliances including a ‘Domapp’ glass fronted oven and grill with a four-burner gas hob and even has ample space for a freestanding fridge/freezer and microwave. The open planning living space also features a freestanding dining table and bench seating equipped with cushions for extra comfort!

All fixed beds in the Royan boast brand new ‘Cignus’ ‘Duvalay’™ mattresses, providing excellent comfort for a great night’s sleep, whilst still remaining stylish thanks to the ‘Tisano’ woodgrain headboards. One bed stores under the other for extra space in one twin bedroom, and a vanity area with mirror and socket lends further refinement to the main bedroom. There are also plenty of storage solutions across all bedrooms, with contemporary bedside units, overhead shelving and a spacious double wardrobe

The Royan has a superb thermal performance, keeping everyone comfortable whatever the season! Engineered for long-lasting looks, Royan models sleek woodgrain textured ‘Sandy Beige’ aluminium cladding and LED exterior lighting, alongside bonded 'sandwich' exterior wall construction for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof and a Fusion galvanised chassis (with finish warrantied for ten years).

As standard, Provence adheres to the Swift Superior Standard, including the likes of a fully galvanised chassis warrantied for 10 years, bonded sandwich exterior walls and a coated steel pantile roof for enhanced durability.
